That experience shapes how I practice law and how I show up for my clients.

Before founding SBLS, I spent years running my own companies, negotiating deals, managing contracts, and learning in real time what business owners actually need from their legal partners. When I went to law school, I brought that entrepreneurial mindset with me. I completed a JD/MBA, passed the bar on my first attempt, and went on to gain mergers and acquisitions experience, working on transactions that required precision, strategy, and a deep understanding of how legal decisions impact an entire business.
